Identity verification (KYC)
To unlock features such as withdrawals, token purchases, and transfers, the platform needs to confirm who you are. This is done only once, by submitting a few documents.
When this appears
If you try an action that requires verification (for example, a withdrawal) before you are approved, the platform takes you straight to this document submission screen.
1. Submit the documents
Under Registration documents, submit the three requested files:

| ID document | RG or CNH |
| Proof of address | A recent utility bill, for example |
| Selfie holding the document | A photo of yourself holding the ID document |
Click Choose file on each item and, when finished, click Submit documents.
2. Awaiting approval
After submission, the documents go into review. The screen shows the status of each file:

- The main card shows Awaiting approval.
- The Identification documents list shows the submission date and the status of each document.
There is nothing you need to do at this stage — just wait for the review.
3. Approved
When the review is completed successfully, the status changes to Approved:

The message confirms: "your documents have been approved! You can now make token purchases and transfers securely." All documents appear with the green Approved badge.
After approval
You may need to sign out and sign back in for the release to take effect across the entire platform. From then on, withdrawals, token purchases, and transfers become available.
