Transfers (TED)
Under Transfers you can send a TED to other banks or make an internal transfer between accounts. The flow has three steps: Details → Review → Confirmation.
1. Details
Enter the amount and the destination account details:

| CPF/CNPJ and Name | Account holder |
2. Review
Review all transfer details before confirming.
3. Confirmation
Confirm with your transaction password. The transfer is sent.
Timing
Transfers to other institutions (TED) made between 7am and 5pm are credited to the beneficiary's account within a few minutes after authorization.
