Communication (Bulk Action)
The Communication group (icon campaign, GENERAL container) centralises the relationship and campaign tools in the BackOffice: bulk e-mail and SMS sends, management of transactional e-mail frames and content, the newsletter subscriber list, and the home banners of Midas-Web.
Bulk sends reach the entire user base at once or a specific list of users — promotions, operational notices, onboarding, or events. All content is configurable by the operator, without a deploy.

How sending works (technical summary)
Each e-mail/SMS send becomes a bulk action (MassActions) with a queue of recipients. The CommunicationScheduler (CommunicationGateway) runs every 30 minutes, processes pending actions, and sends them. Processing is idempotent per recipient (PENDING → EXECUTED): re-executions do not resend to recipients who have already received the message. After sending, there is no rollback — review the audience and content before confirming.
