User details - General

Once registered on the platform, all of the user's data is displayed as shown in the screen below.

The panel is used to manage and provide support to the customer, such as approving documents, removing MFA in case of an urgent request, confirming the account, updating and uploading documents, enabling the user for staking, making a manual deposit for the user, and adding balance to staking when requested via support.

It also displays information on whether the user is a company Agent or a Partner, a list of referred users, who are users registered through an invitation sent, link, or referral code.

The administrator can check or validate the users' balances and assets, such as NFTs and crowdfunding.
