Add Staking ​

Access prerequisites

  • Permission (module): sendBalance + feature ADMIN_BALANCE_CONTROL and STAKING_PERMISSION
  • User status: APPROVED
  • Menu container: GENERAL → group Users → User list → eye icon → tab General → balance card → button Add to stake

What it is / when to use ​

The Add to Stake action allows the administrator to apply the user's crypto balance to a staking campaign directly through the BackOffice — without the user needing to perform the operation on the platform. Use it primarily in in-person or phone support situations, when the client requests a staking contribution but encounters difficulties accessing the platform, or to redo a contribution that failed and needs to be resubmitted.

Prerequisites ​

  • The user must have APPROVED status.
  • The user must have sufficient available balance in the token of the selected campaign.
  • At least one active staking campaign enabled for the user's token must exist.
  • The STAKING_PERMISSION feature must be enabled on the tenant and the user must have the staking permission active (flag Allow staking in the Actions card).

How to use ​

  1. Open the User details and access the balance card in the General tab.
  2. Click Add to stake (visible only with sendBalance + ADMIN_BALANCE_CONTROL).
  3. In the modal, select the desired token campaign.
  4. Enter the amount to be applied (respecting the campaign's minimum contribution).
  5. Review the information displayed:
    • Campaign period (start and end date)
    • Monthly reward percentage
    • Early termination penalty percentage
  6. Confirm the operation.

System effects ​

  • The entered amount is debited from the user's available balance and moved to reserved balance (staking status).
  • In the History → Staking tab, the contribution entry is recorded with its initial status and all scheduled monthly payments as defined by the campaign contract.
  • The reserved balance is locked for withdrawal/transfer during the staking period. If the user wishes to terminate early, the penalty configured in the campaign is applied.

Real financial operation

This action moves real user balance. Verify the token, amount, and campaign before confirming — there is no automatic rollback.
