Stores

The Stores module is the Marketplace administration area: operators moderate stores created by users (approval/rejection), define the available product categories, and configure the characteristic parameters that describe items for sale (weight, color, dimensions, location, sector, etc.).

Required license: the Stores group only appears in the menu when the MIDAS_MARKETPLACE feature is enabled in the tenant's license.

What you can do here

  • Moderate stores — approve or reject stores registered by users; rejection requires a written reason.
  • Manage categories — create, edit, and delete the product categories that organize the marketplace catalog.
  • Configure parameters — define the free attributes that describe products in each category (e.g., weight, height, color, city, state, sector).

Prerequisites

RequirementDetail
approveStore permissionModerate (approve/reject) user-submitted stores
MIDAS_MARKETPLACE feature enabledWithout this license, the Stores group does not appear in the menu

The permission is dual: CPM enum on the backend and a dynamic module in the DB. Both must be registered for the operator's role.

Next steps

  1. Before opening the marketplace to the public, configure at least one Category in Categories and the relevant Parameters in Parameters.
  2. When users submit stores, go to Stores (default filter: Pending) to review and approve or reject each request.
  3. Rejections require a reason (minimum 10 characters) — describe the issue clearly so the user can correct it and resubmit.
