Delete Tokens ​

Access Prerequisites

  • Permission (module): manageToken

What it is / when to use ​

Removes a token from the platform's operable catalog. "Deletion" is a logical deactivation: the token row remains in the database (populating the disabled date), so that transaction history and accounting remain consistent. The asset is not removed from the blockchain — it simply stops being displayed and operable on Axia.

Prerequisites ​

  • Permission: manageToken (dual — CPM enum + module in the DB).
  • License/Feature: MANAGE_TOKENS.

Step by step ​

  1. In Manage Tokens, identify the token.
  2. Trigger the deactivation (via editing, marking the token as disabled / populating the disabled date).
  3. Confirm.

Business rules / considerations ​

Irreversible

  • When deleting a token, the asset is not removed from the blockchain — only from Axia's operable database.
  • The procedure discontinues the use of the token on the platform and its settings cease to apply. To re-enable with the same configuration it may be necessary to recreate it.

Attention

  • Do not delete tokens with balance in circulation without first checking withdrawals, pending distributions, and staking positions — users' on-chain balance does not disappear with deactivation.
