What it is / when to use
The list is the entry point of the KYC Queue. It shows investors under review from newest to oldest, split by status, with search and pagination. From it, the Compliance Officer opens each investor's detail to decide.
Tabs
| Tab | Shows |
|---|---|
Pending (PENDING) | Investors awaiting a decision — includes legacy clients with no verification started. |
Approved (APPROVED) | Already approved accounts. |
Rejected (REJECTED) | Rejected accounts, with the reason on record. |
All (ALL) | All records, no status filter. |
Search
Single field searching by name, CPF, CNPJ, passport or e-mail. Search respects the encrypted-PII pattern of the registration.
Columns
| Column | Shows |
|---|---|
| Investor | Investor name and e-mail |
| Document | Primary document (CPF/CNPJ/passport) |
| Identity | Identity status chip: Pending / Passed / Failed |
| Qualified Investor | Evidence status chip: Not submitted / Submitted / Approved / Rejected |
| Overall status | Account state chip: Pending / Approved / Rejected |
| BaaS check | BaaS background-check result, when enabled |
| Date | Date entering the queue (registration / flow start) |
| Actions | Open the detail (View detail) |
The status chips use consistent colors across the queue — see the values in status meaning.
"No verification started" badge
Pending legacy clients — who have a registration/document but never went through the verification flow — show the "No verification started" badge. The badge has an explanatory tooltip: it is a legacy client, and rejecting the account notifies them to do the process. See legacy clients.
Pagination
The list is paginated, from newest to oldest. Tab and search filters are applied server-side before pagination.
UI states
- Loading — skeleton while the page loads.
- Empty — "No records in this queue" with a hint: when an investor enters the composite KYC flow, they appear here for review.
- Error — service unavailable message with a Try again button.
